Whether I am doing substantive editing, copyediting, or proofreading, my goal is to be the bridge between you and your readers. I want to help your story unfold exactly how you see it.

I do this by focusing on the heart of your novel. What gives it life? What grabs the reader and pulls them in? This is what I try to harness and bring to the spotlight when I edit your manuscript
—through all of its stages.

New Mini Edits

I am currently running a special offer for flat-rate "mini edits." A mini edit is either a copyedit or a line edit for the first 5,000 words of your novel, allowing you to polish up your first chapter or two and gain feedback to apply to the rest of your manuscript on your own. This can be a great first step if you have never worked with an editor before. The flat-rate fee is $100 for a copyedit and $150 for a line edit.
